We got to spend a few days in Wisconsin with Steve's brother Robbie. It was pretty fun. Suzie and Ryan joined us for some of the festivities and we also saw Vance and Trisha's family. So much fun. Steve Robbie and Ryan went kyaking and then we went to this fun park thats a quarter a ticket so we went on rides for cheap. We also did a tour of the town the Smith's used to live in and i guess their house is up for sale and we happened to find a key outside the house so we took an impromptu tour of it. Nothing like walking down memory lane. though I have no memory of it everyone else enjoyed it.
We got to attend a kite festival on Lake Michigan. It was pretty amazing seeing all the kites in the air. They got lucky having lots of wind that day.
Some people get pretty creative with their sand creations.
After sunset we did the lighting of the lanterns. They were trying to set a world record. I have no idea if they did but sure why not lets say they did :) the also played the tangled song while we lit lanterns which was pretty cool.
