Portsmouth

This is our church and we rent the 1st 2 floors. and there is the missionary couple Bro. and Sis. Bruner and David and Stephen.

This is our Best Buy. I haven't been in yet but I've heard that its quite different.
Here you can see the dock that was intact over half way out in October and since a hurricane storm it goes less 1/4 aof the way out.

I love the reflection on the rocks. So pretty.
So this is a tree for rent. Housing is so hard to find! Just kidding but I really don't know what's for rent.
This is us in front of the Indian River where they filmed part of the Pirates film.
I wonder how easy it would be to knock this boat over. It would be a fun game to try, maybe next weekend.
I love how in Portsmouth there are tons of boats on the beach. They get blown in by hurricanes. I thought this was a cool view of the shoreline there.
There is a totally rusted boat on the shore here. Isn't this pretty.

Purple Turtle Beach

This is our faithful beach guard dog that stayed with our stuff the whole time we were at the beach. (Not the tall one, the short hairy one)

Is he winking? Is he blinking? Nobody knows.

Steve in camoflage.
All the boats hang out here. It stays shallow pretty far out so the boats have to stay even farther.
This is a view of our side of the island. Its pretty amazing.
So we went to Purple Turtle Beach which is a much nicer beach than the one by Ross. It was supposed to a Ross beach party and there was one couple there and hardly any other people came but it was so nice there and a beautiful day.
There was this awesome rope swing on this palm tree. The only problem is that it didn't swing out far enough to drop in the water so we just swung. Still lots of fun!
Of course Steve is a superstar and has to do all his cool tricks on the swing.
And thats about how far it goes out. (to the edge of the photo)
Yeah I know I look good.

View on our road

I love how all the houses are bright colors. anywhere else it would look crazy but here it so awesome. My favorite is the lime green houses. The roads are crazy too. There are some fun road names here like, Moo cow trail and Banana trail.

Dominica

We get to walk up 4 floors to get home everyday. Helps us exercise!
I went to Roseau for the spouses shopping trip and the cruise ships we're in. Its so nice to be on the island and not be a tourist.
This flock or general gathering of goats go up and down our road all week. I love goats!
This is one side of our bed room.
Here you can see our awesome porch. I can't wait til we get chairs so we can be porch monkeys. The only thing that could be more perfect than that is if our porch faced the sunset :) I guess we'll just have to keep climbing up to the roof on the building next door. Its so great the stars are amazing here.

Our Apartment in Dominica

This is our kitchen. Our house is basically this room our bedroom and the bathroom, but we have 2  balconies and its really nice

This is the front of our house. We live in the fourth
floor thats not painted on the left side.
